Third Grade Competencies

The following student competencies will be developed through classroom guidance lessons led by the counselor

Third grade students will:

• Establish challenging academic goals

• Explain how work can help to achieve personal success and satisfaction
• Demonstrate cooperative behavior in groups
• Use persistence and perseverance in acquiring knowledge and skills
